Are they motion sensor night lights？

They are not motion sensor night lights, they are light sensor night light. So if you have it plugged in during the day/ natural light is coming into the room it does not turn on but once the room is dark it automatically turns on

Why do some customers mention the brightness isn’t enough?

This night light is specifically designed to provide soft, ambient lighting at night rather than a bright light. With 0.5W of power and 40-50 lumens, it ensures visibility without being harsh in the dark.

How much area can a 50 lumen night light illuminate?

A 40-50 lumen night light typically provides low brightness, A 50-lumen night light typically covers a small area of about 1 to 2 square meters (10 to 25 square feet) suitable for soft ambient lighting or nighttime assistance.

If I receive a night light that doesn't work, can I replace it?

Of course, you can. Just log in to your account, select an order, contact the seller, and they will reply to your message within 24 hours to help you handle any issues
